When I just had the 25th Ghia, I was playing through a 1x12 Gold and a 2x10 w/Dr.Z speakers. Both convertible cabs. Sounded great.
Now that I have a Remedy, I really didn't like the sound with the Gold, so I switched it out with a Creamback.. HEAVEN! However, I'm not really digging the Ghia with the Creamback, I don't know what it is and can't put my finger on it, it's like...brittle or harsh. The Creamback isn't broken in yet, but I don't know if that would change.

I haven't yet but plan to if I can snag one used for a good price. I would give it some time to break in for sure. I'm finding that to be the key element in trying speakers. I've read on numerous forums that it does smooth out with enough break-in time.

I'm in agreement here.. I don't really like the ghia with a Creamback M either.. Very brittle sounding to me. I love it with the Antidote though.

I don't think I've tried my Ghia with my creamback.

The Creamback really opens up after 20 hours break in. I really like the Ghia with it actually. There's a nice woodiness to the bottom end with the Creamback.

Agree with Brent....absolutely need the break-in time with Creamback! Huge difference!

I've been running my Ghia through the Creamback M for the past couple months. I like it. Agree with Brent about the woodiness. I also like the fact it's a little less efficient. So, a little quieter.
