I no longer have a 2x12 but I am thinking of picking one up in the near future. Seems like Z-Best gets a lot of love with the dote' but what about the open?

I'm really digging on the 1x12 convertible cab: open back style. Sounds huge. Plenty of low end. A lot of guys run 2 1x12 cabs. I've got 2. Just haven't tried it yet. Cost a bit more but to me you get way more flexibility. Just my $.02 Oh, and it's a ton easier to carry around than a 60 whatever lbs Zbest. But, to each his own. It all comes down to preference.

I have run it out of my 2 1x12 and it did sound awesome! Just want to get them in one box, eventually.

for "normal" volumes the 2x12 open cab is unbeatable IMHO

I've got an Antidote and didn't like the Zbest with it. I've been using a 1x12 with Creamback and then thought I should try the 2x12 open back. I got the 2x12 and was not favoring it until I put the V30/H30 mix in it. The only problem is that is the speaker mix the guy I sold it to wanted and I had already been paid. Now I would be happy to pick up another 2x12 open back. The 1x12 with Creamback or H30 sounds really good as well.
