My ZBest has been out of commision or most of this year. One of the Texas Heats blew so I took the chance to pick up a 4x10 cab for a change of pace.
I finally got around to putting 2 CL80's in "Big Red" today and I can't believe how huge that cab sounds!!!! I had almost forgotten why this cab has been with me for so long.
Z BEST= Best cabinet EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Laroosco,
Where do you gig in Michigan?
Do you have a performance schedule?

We've been on a break for the past month or so. Hopefully we'll have something coming up.
We play the usual spots in Detroit, Hamtramck, Lansing, etc. We might be playing in Hamtramck on August 17th. I'll let you know.

After much speaker swapping, gnashing of teeth, and tearing of hair, I've settled on two CL80 clones from Guitar Speaker Warehouse for my Z-Best. That's the sound I was wanting.
Cheers, Blair

It's the best small 2X12 cab on the planet. The only cab I've played that comes close is the Bogner over sized 2X12, but it's just too big. Got an Emi Swamp Thang and Wizard in mine right now and I love 'em.

That CL 80 clone is a great speaker - I have one in my 1x12. I wish I had hung on to my zbest to try a pair in it.
