Hey Everyone, I'm new to the forum. I just picked up a Dr. Z MAz 38 NR from Kijiji yesterday and am very happy to be a client of the good Dr. I think its and older one there is no foot switch to by-pass eq. And I think I need to replace a tube there is a bit of a rattle going on. Other than that I think its in ship shape. I assume the speakers are 16ohm I could find any info on the speaker itself. Anyways loving it so far, and happy to be on the forum. SS

Welcome to the Forum - lot of good information and great people here! You can check the attached link to see what year your MAZ 38 was built. ztalk.proboards.com/thread/53340/dating-serial-numbersAs for your pictures, you need to go through a hosting site like "Photobucket". There is a tutorial somewhere on the site but I can't locate it at this moment! Feel free to ask any questions you might have here.

My first Z was a Maz 38 Sr 2x12 reverb made in 2005. I still have it and still in love with it.

I always reserved full judgment until I can hear and use the amp in a band situation, and I am pleased to say it passed with flying colours, mainly red
