Wow!!!
This amp is amazing! I was doubting it from playing it in my garage. But when you get to play it in a bigger room wow this thing blows any amp I have heard.
I was using my guitar volume to clean things up which it did really well and the notes still bloom. Then got a beautiful bluesy gain sound with guitar up. Kick in the tone bypass and you have sustaining lead tones.
The cleans are big and bold with no harshness. Completely different to the Maz but I think I prefer the cleans on the remedy!
I had to tweak the settings to once at the end to get a convincing guns n roses tone.
Basically the settings I used was what John gave we.
M- 1/2 o'clock. bass 10, mid - max, treb 9. hv 1 Nv 2
Later on these went up to 3!!!
So pushed it quite hard?
20w.
Didn't need a OD pedal at all! Which is one thing I hate. Never got on with any of them, loses the amps real tone. Just used the tone bypass and ep booster. Great tone! It can cover anything! I guess 40w will give you max headroom if you want pure clean tones
I even had the delay on all night and it sounded great!
Sorry to ramble, just buzzing, can't believe how good this amp it.
Might have to say good bye to the Maz!

^^^ You're preaching to the choir here bro! Told ya she was a special amp 40W will also give a fuller tone at not too much more volume BTW - worth messing with, especially with a Strat and the MV. Glad you loved it. Not knocking the Maz in any way, but given the tones you seem to be looking for, the Remedy is the one. Enjoy! Pete

Pete
This is the amp! The maz is a great amp but the remedy has a different quality to the maz. Its bolder, tight bass, then notes are not thin or harsh!

I had two Maz Jr's and ended up selling them both. The remedy has the type of clean and overdriven tones that I prefer. I even like my ghia better then the maz jr. I guees Im more Marshall then Vox and Fender.

Yeah must of got a bit carried away! Whoops. Don't know what I'm going to like when I get the blonde one!
Can't believe for the first time in my guitar playing like I don't have to worry or think about clean/breakup/crunch or high gain sounds. From learning about using guitar volume you can get any tone you need.
My tele sounded great through it last night.
Does everyone else just use guitar volume and eq bypass with this amp?
