Put an ET-65 in my Vintage Avatar with the CG last nite and wow, I'm satisfied. Only think I'm concerned with is my OD' sound a little "grainy" , but I think that's because I use them mostly with my EZG-50, or my Mesa MV. The 84's have their own OD going on, and adding more may not be the best, at least that's what I think, as the spkr sounds very nice. Not even broken in yet, maybe it will smooth out, or I could try some diff. Pedals. Tonite I think I'll just ride the guit. Volume. I had amp on vol about 11' and tone between noon and 2 with a Suhr SSH Strat. Very nice chime, low end, no flub, creamy mids, almost perfect. Can't wait to plug the Evan in to this spkr.

Love that speaker. Put one in a Z 1x12 cab, awesome. Loaded an old Marshall 2x12 cab with an et65 and a veteran 30,

I've been using the et65 or a reaper with my z-28, might have to try the et65 with the ghia. We're you able to find OD settings that worked or is it still grainy?

Grainy = may just need to be broken in a bit. Give it some time (lots of playing hours).....

I'm using an ET-65 with my Remedy, and a G12A with my MAZ 18. WGS makes some great-sounding speakers.

It seemed to be smoothing out on the second nite, but I hooked it up to my EZG and its pretty good all the way around, and the OD pedals sound great. I'm running my Zendrive stacked with my Bogner Blue, and not a "grainy" sound to be found. |

Just put an ET65 in my Ghia. I like it better than the Vin 30. (so far)
