When the Ups truck came today and I saw this... I was like Oh its about to be on right about now. Thank you DR. Z! You are the King! The New Remedy has landed! and its still got that olde Remedy Mojo! Its still got that same sound as the old one. However my Fellow Z brothers its got some new mojo as well.. first off the Master Volume is very good and transparent at 12 oclock it just seems to just blend right in with all the other tone controls. When its fully clockwise its just like the Good Dr promised its back to the original remedy. So with the Master Volume you really don't need the air brake or brake lite. I was able to dial in a fat clean to lead tone in the 40 watt setting at a respectable neighbor freindly volume right in my studio. When I had the older version I would set mine up clean and use the Catalinbread DLS& the Rockett Animal for dirt. Both of these pedals are Marshall voiced pedals and work real well with the Remedy. The new Tone bypass is so smooth as some of the others posted there is no huge volume jump when engaging it. It also nails that Plexi Marshall tone so I can def see leaving the pedal board home from time to time. I generally have an attitude that if something ain't broke don't try to fix it but have to give credit where credit is do and Dr. Z def took the Remedy to a whole nother level. Im very happy I went with the newer version. BTW my older Remedy is in good hands. I did a trade with a freind of mine and he loves it.

Those volume knobs need to be pointed at 2:00....not 10:00!! Those setting's are the ones I generally use with pedals and I was testing this newer version and comparing it to the older version and also using the tone bypass and man its was like right on. I could plug my strat or les Paul in with those setting's and get the tone I love out of the remedy. That Master Volume is smooth and works like a charm.

I have had mine back for a couple days now and all I can say is WOW! It's a totally different amp now - in a good way. You can make it stock by not engaging the EQ bypass and maxing out the master volume - but there are SO many options now - it's incredible! I have nothing but good things to say about the upgrades. Thanks Dr. Z and Don (and whoever else works at the shop)!!

I love the surf green, can I assume that came from Jake at Humbucker Music? Thanks Rock. The guys at Humbucker are the best. Yes, Jake shipped it. Chris,Brian, and John they all worked with me on it. They let the Doc know when I placed my order and I was told I got the first one. I been checking their website and they still show all the new ones still on order. So I am very thankful Dr.Z hooked me up like that. I was kind of torn between sending mine in or just getting a new one. Then my buddy traded me a brand new Eric Johnson Strat I mean mint condition for my older remedy and my air brake and I flipped the Eric Johnson on E-Bay and was able to pay cash for my new Surf Green Remedy. It really could not have went any smoother. Plus I love the Surf Green its like a chameleon sometimes it looks blue. The new changes with the mv and the tone bypass have really inhanced this already fantastic amp.
