...... my world. That is all. Okay, not quite all. I did my audition last night (update on that to follow on the Lounge thread), and took my Remedy and LP Special. Other guitarist played an Ebony Les Paul Standard (no idea what year etc.) and played through a Marshall JCM200 combo. Hmm. "Night and Day" I think was the phrased used by the bass player about our respective tones. Even the other guitarist (who is a very good player; it's his band' and he decides whether to "hire" me or not) was VERY complimentary about the tone - made him grin many times! For me, the versatility of this rig is immense, and boy does that Remedy / P90 combination ROCK! Phew! We were in a small rehearsal space, so had to keep everything under control: HiV 10 o'clock; NormV 9; Tones all at noon. Nano Pedaltrain with a touch of 'verb, and 2 boosts - EP and OCD clone. BL between 3 and 4 clicks depending on need. Song which made other guitarist grin hugely was All Night Long by AC/DC - pups in mid position; EP on; BL on 3 clicks. Angus all night long for sure! Man, I am now desperate to get gigging with this rig again..........

If the "main" guitarist was happy, my guess is that you're in like Flynn. Well played (literally), Pete!

You're right about P90's and the Remedy.
I've got a 1971 "58 Standard" (1954 reissue - why they called it a 58 Standard I'll never know). With the Remedy cranked it's seriously nasty. The P90s hum like crazy, but who cares?
