He did a great job matching up the covering and the grill cloth!
Solid pine, finger jointed, floating baffle design! Should sound HUGE!

That cab you got there is beautiful. I have been after one since I read that post that Starman has one. A local friend actually built me an amp sometime ago and suggested a 15 inch speaker(he is a fan) I never went that direction. Frankie Star post got me thinking again. I found this guy on ebay and read all his reviews etc so I took a chance. He delivered as promised and on time. it has a Big Ben inside

Well, initially I was underwhelmed. I knew the speaker would be tight to start with as I've gone through the whole break-in period with speakers in the past. I pounded the living crap outa this thingfor days on end and started to think I've made a huge mistake. I hit the panic button and actually had it up for sale for a few days. Then one day I plugged in and it came around. Now it sounds great! It sounded good, but just not what I was looking for and not what I remembered feel wise at all. Stiff as heck and sharper than tack. It's really starting to mellow out and fatten up. The bottom end was massive right away, but the mids sounded congested and the top end shrill. Now it's getting good though!
