I have recently purchased the Zbest with 2x12's, (along with a Maz 38 head). Is it sacrilege to put casters on the cabinet, aesthetics aside)?? Will it impact the sound at all?? At 55 lbs, it's lighter than many of my past rigs, but I'm getting older.....

I'm gonna do it to mine one day.....I already put two extra handles on it so now I'll have to keep it forever anyhow..... I'm planning on getting removable casters that lock into/slide out of bases horizontally (base simply screws onto cab), that way it can look/act (more or less) stock when i want it to.....

I use a little folding luggage dolly from Walmart, $14.00. I think they also have a bigger one that folds up but I like 'em small to fit in my trunk. If you always haul in a van or truck a steel two wheeler is better. That steel blade will tear up your tolex on the bottom immediately so get a tuki style cover with a bottom flap. I've had bad luck with removable casters. One time at a load out on top of a hotel the wheel fell down the elevator shaft!

Ok, no casters for zbest.....but I am going to go with a Wesco Superlite Folding hand truck. Holds up to 175 lbs & only weighs in at 8 lbs, (and folds small & flat). Plus it will help carry other gear--like the front end. I think this dilemma is finally solved....Next???

I use a $20 furniture dolly from Home Depot - they support up to 1000 lbs with 4 nice sized wheels (it's the one with 4 wheels, made of wood w/ carpeting).
And when I get it into the club, I can even keep it on the dolly so it raises it up off of the floor, or take it off the dolly and not worry about wear to put removable casters. Works equally well horizontally or vertically (I transport it horizontally).
Hope this helps.
