Hey Z-sters,
The reverb on my Maz 38 has not worked for a long time. I checked the necessary tubes and replacing them doesn't make a difference and I checked that the reverb tank cables had a good/correct connection but no dice: still no reverb.
I assume that the tank is kaput and that I need a new one. Some research led me to Eddie's thread on the MOD 8AB2A1B tank available at Antique Electronic Supply.
I almost ordered one but wanted to double check: is the MOD 8AB2A1B tank used in the Maz Jr. compatible with the Maz Sr. or should I order a different tank for the Sr.? If so, which tank would it be?
Thanks in advance for the help!

You may want to look insife of the reverb pan. Tiny little wires that com apart pretty easily. Mine came apart and I just soldered the two wires back together. Reverb back in business!

Thanks, Bobby! I feel like I've looked at the reverb pan before and didn't see anything amiss but I'll give it another go. It was a long time ago and at that time I probably didn't realize that my eyes were going and I needed reading glasses.

The MOD 8AB2A1B is the correct tub for the JR & SR.
