Keith we all know she's goin' to find out 'cause you can't hide that tone behind anything! ;D That I've thought about another when I see one for sale, shows how good they are. The day mine is for sale is the day I don't play anymore. It has the goods. Congrats!

The sound was glorious!!! I had both channels set and I let it rip...there is no mistaking the DR Z Tone!!! You know you're doing something right when other guitarist want to see your rig after you're done playing.

Snuck a pretty blonde "gal" past my wife too the other week. Thought I'd pulled off the whole thing too......until the "blonde" opened her (2x10) "mouth". Kinda hard to miss her sitting in the "love nest" (spare room) too. Happy to say my wife has agreed to appropriate compensation (flowers, dinner, movie), so the "blonde" in the spare room ain't going anywhere!

Last night I ran her through the paces, played every guitfiddle I own through it...It was such a gratifying experience.

i will be able to give an update wednesday night..i get the Gal monday but get to put it through the paces wednesday night at practice...looking very forward to it...i play at a very large church and i can't wait to hear my pedals through it...i have several od's but my fav combo lately are a klon and paul c Tim stacked....anyone else using many pedals?

What's great is you can go with, or sans the pedals. I use a Fulltone Supa-Trem and sometimes a fuzz or overdrive on channel 1 so that I can use channel 2 as a boosted sustain clean sound. If you can open it up- it changes all the rules and you may find many of the boost overdrive pedals don't get plugged in. But in a lower or mid volume scenario I do like putting a bit of hair on channel 1 for a different lead texture, from a straight channel 1 rhythm.

For the most part I have stopped using OD pedals with my Gal. Ch 1 for a crunchy rhythm with an occasional OD if I need a little more gain. Ch 2 is my boosted, sustaining lead tone, no pedals there. No master volume mod needed.
