I have an old Montgomery Wards/Airline guitar (the same body shape as Jack White's Res-o-Glass minus the "glass"), but the neck has no adjustable truss rod and the frets are really worn down. I considered a refret but because of the truss rod I was advised against it. The way the neck is shaped and how it is attatched to the guitar is a little funky; my question is, does anyone know a luthier who could build a neck for my Airline?

I can't answer your question but a good tech can pull the frets, plane the neck and refret it. I've even heard of techs pulling the fretboard and laying in a graphite rod for more strength. Considering how much a new neck would cost having the old neck fixed up makes more sense to me. Another alternative is get one of the new look-a-like Eastwood guitars.
