I'm curious as to how it's working out for you if you have one. I've considered a Feiten mod for my guitars, but the Earvana looks like a simpler and cheaper solution......
Anyone use one or have one installed? Anyone install one themselves?

TTT Anyone used these? If you haven't heard of them, here's the site: www.earvana.com/Hohn the only knowledge I have with them is from my luthier, Phil Jacoby. I posed the exact same question to him. Phil claims the Earvana nuts work as far as pitch correction goes, but he does not like the material they're made from. He prefers bone and that is what a Feinten nut is made from. I went with the Feinten system from his recommendation and am very pleased with the results, but it wasn't cheap....$150.00. Steve

Consider the benefits, I consider the Feiten to be a good value at $150.

Bone sounds best sure..... That said, I put one of the adjustable Eavanas in my 335. It really works and sounds as good as whatever the stock nut was made from. Tuning of open chords/string is really great. It makes a really big difference if you're sensitive to the fine points of tuning.
It was pretty easy to do. Especially if you're used to basic guitar tinkering.

Long as you didn't put it on a late 50's or early 60's guitar!
