Here is a picture of my parts Esquire. It's been done for a few months, but just recently got my own digital camera. It started off as one of those cheap Saga kits. I only used the body though. The neck I've had laying around since '98. It's a Warmoth solid Rosewood neck, with a bone nut that a friend cut for me. I got the neck off of their factory seconds page 8 or so years ago for $75. The pots, switch, knobs, and electrosocket are from Stewart MacDonald. The unfortunate part about the kit body is I can't find another bridge that will mount up to it. Fortunately it has the 6 adjustable saddles. It intonated quite well so... All in all a fun cheap first project.

Oh yea, I've got a pickguard being made. And when it's done I'll post another pic.
It's being "engraved" (like the SRV strat) with an image of the POW/MIA logo. Kind of a Tribute to my dad who was in Vietnam.

Right now the Pickup is the one that came with the Saga kit. Suprisingly, it sounds pretty good. It has a very good low end response, and is pretty even across the strings. The problem it has is it squeals at any kind of volume. So I've been debating what to put in it.
