Studio Combo in black w/ S&P Grille. Ordered from Humbucker Music... and they're matching the $100 Brake Lite deal that Fat Sound Guitars is offering. Pretty awesome. They said 3-4 weeks. Hoping it's on the shorter end of that. BUILD FAST, GUYS!!

COngrats to all the peoples above that ordered/pre-ordered the Maz 8 w/ Blue before the price decrease/increase. Yeah, I actually changed my order today. I was going to pull the Blue anyway, in favor of a less efficient Weber Blue Dog AlNiCo I've got. Was pretty thrilled about it, too.

Stage volume is a huge issue for me. So a less efficient speaker = less perceived loudness. The Celestion Blue has a sensitivity rating of a 100dB, IIRC, whereas the the Blue Dog is rated around 95-96dB. So, anything I can do to get my tubes working the most w/ the least perceived loudness is ideal. I'm hoping that between the less efficient Blue Dog and a Brake Lite... I should be able to get the most out of the Maz 8. EDIT: Here's some interesting reading: www.harmonycentral.com/docs/DOC-1951

not to rub it in or anything . . . . . . I've had mine for a couple of weeks now, although I didn't get to use it last weekend and I won't get to use it this weekend but my friend Adam will be using. He is really enjoying it too, says it his favorite of the Z amps I own! Maybe Adam needs to start owning some Z amps?? lol its worth the wait guys!! Todd

The anticipation is brutal. At least another 2.5 weeks until this thing lands.
In other news, being ampless sucks.

The anticipation is brutal. Honestly, I gettting kinda deflated about the whole thing....the "2 - 4 week" wait that has become months now has taken a lot of the excitement outta the whole "new amp" thing....

I got lucky and scored one of the first batch, then had to send it back for repair. My guess is production is ramping up.

There you go, guys. Appears the spigot is opened.
Loving mine. It's making me re-visit my choice of what my main axe should be for my regular blues/rock gig.
