I know Z's site lists the Ghia 1x12" combo at 47 pounds.. but it says the same thing about my Mazerati, which in reality weighs over 65 pounds So, can someone with a 1x12" combo and a bathroom scale do me a favor and give me an actual weight? The reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking of giving up my Mazerati combo in favor of a 2-Ghia stereo rig.. and I'm hoping the Ghias will be a little easier on the back! Thanks!

I weighed my Maz 38 1x12 combo and it weighs 60 pounds. I know the Ghia head weighs less than my Stang Ray head. Extrapolating from this info I think the Ghia combo may be as light as the listed 47 pounds but my weigh more depending on the speaker.

Just weighed my 2x10 Ghia...50 lbs give or take a lb. It's still heavey, loaded with TONE!! The 1x12 will be lighter. Jim

Thanks guys.. I just had a "duh" moment and realized that if I weigh my Mazerati combo without the chassis in it, and then weigh the Ghia chassis by itself, and add the 2 together.. I'll end up with the weight of a Ghia 1x12 combo!

I like the Ghia 1x12 a little better than the 2x10. The 2x10 is pretty awesome, but I like the V30. Nice and poppy. The 2x10 is really tight.
Lifting the two at the same time, you'll notice that the 2x10 is heavier.
