Yeah, it's true. Whenever I plug a Tele into the Ray it's like coming home again. I've got a Remedy - my workhorse. And I've got an Orange RV50 - gets used live in the band. But there is nothing that says to me "Self, this is your tone. This is where your musical heart is. This whre that part of your soul resides that makes you completely lose yourself in the tone you are hearing" than playing a Tele through the Ray. Oh yeah, I like a little hair and delay with that too. This morning I had an awesome session with Ray, Tele, Aqua Puss and Timmy. Just glorious, man! I could have played all day. But I dared not. I've got a gig tonight and want to be a little fresh for it. Any one else feel this way about their Ray? Is it just me? Am I crazy? Oh yeah - guess that last question is completely independent of the first two.

One of the Best amps I own! PERIOD! I also have such great speaker/cab selections too , so if I want to rock I can if I want Chime I can. My Favorite AMP! For covering A-Z! Its that good, I wish I had a 1x12 Ray! Maybe someday!

Every time I plug into it I'm reminded why I bought it and haven't bought an amp since. Such a beautiful clean tone. I am planning on getting a 1x12 combo just for practices though. Maybe a Ghia or Maz Jr.

My Ray hasn't been getting much playing time lately but I plugged my strat into it this weekend for a couple of hours and was amazed by it all over again. The cleans are really special in this amp.
