Hello Everyone! The 1/2 amp on my Mazerati has blown twice within the last month. Is that normal? If not, are there some troubleshooting tips you might have for me (or any other information that may be helpful), or are we looking at a "big" issue here? Thanks in advance for the help!

chances are, you've got a bad rectifier tube. that's a common symptom of a bad rectifier. but remember, a blown fuse is a symptom of another problem, not a problem itself. the fuse blows to protect the amp from major damage. so if changing the rectifier doesn't fix it...i'd get it checked out.

Welcome to Z-Talk mazmonster, stick around a while this is a great place. As Jacques said check the rectifier for sure. I recently bought a NOS RCA 5AR4 and it has been great FWIW. I like the Seeing Blind stuff you have an awesome voice. Eric
