Couple videos from a band I was playing with last Saturday. I'm on the left with the tele. Running the Ghia with a 2x10 cab, EP boost on solos. Clams are free of charge ;D Guess I'll post this one as well, I play a short solo starting at 3:51. The rest is just comping while the other guitarist does his thing...a little too well if you ask me.

Nice and restrained playing - less is more thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I've been working on that. Less is more. Especially with more than one lead instrument the breaks can go on way too long and the listener gets bored. My goal is to get in, say what I want to say and get out, keep it flowing. Unless something melodically or rhythmically interesting is happening of course.

Jay, that solo was just lovely - paced beautifully; less is MUCH more in this case; and gorgeous, gorgeous tone!!

wow, thanks guys! I am really loving the Tele Ghia combination. Dare I say I'm almost liking the tele more than my Gretsch....nah, not quite there yet..haha
Mark - that's the Old Orchard Inn Barn just outside Wolfville. Looks rustic and it is, it's a drafty building!

Very nice. That video did a great job of showing how the ghia fits in the mix.

Thanks.
I have thought of trading the Ghia for another Z but then I play it and I can't part with it. ;D
