I'm sad to say that this was the last show I'll be playing with these guys. The bass player is leaving for school and the drummer already had previous commitments to another band. Anyways, it was a great last show! I'm playing through 112 Carmen Ghia with a Heritage 20 watt Greenback (amazing speaker!!!) and a stock G&L ASAT Classic (not stock for too much longer ). The only pedals I'm using are an OCD for rhythm (set for really low gain) and a Flying Dragon for the solos. Hope you enjoy!!!

Nice! Ghia and Tele is a good thing.
I like how that beastly kick drum throws the camera out of focus... ;D

Jay ... yeah, he definitely had a heavy foot when we'd play live. Lol.
Mark ... thanks for the kind words. I'll definitely mail you a copy of our EP when it's finished. It kind of sucks to make a pretty good dent in the music scene in the area and then have to start back at square one ... It'll take some time, but I'll find the right guys to do the job eventually. Thanks again!

Jeremy, man, you guys have it no question...finding the right people to keep it going can be the biggest challenge of all but I am sure you'll have some great talent lined up in no time. The band you had was tight and well oiled too! Most of all it looked like fun. The music has got some super cool riffs that have the hook factor, they make you wanna listen over and over again. Job well done man!

I would second Mark's encouragement to try and keep pushing forward. You guys do have good material it's just a matter of finding the right people who can commit and have the right chemistry within the group. There's no easy way to keep a band together. I just know that when things like that happen and musicians have to leave, for whatever reason, you run the risk of becoming complacent with the idea that the project is just on hold and after a time there is no reviving it. Once you get some momentum playing out and building the reputation of the band you have to keep it rolling. Stick with it and I'm sure you'll get there.

Very rarely do I comment on vidoes..... But dang man, I don't know what I liked better - The tone of the Ghia or that power-house voice of yours! Definitely one of the best bands I've seen (or heard) on youtube, or anywhere for that matter!
Great stuff man, I'll be looking back for updates on what you're doing next!

Karma for putting these videos up! These are killer. I agree with telejas! You truely are blessed with amazing tone and an amazing voice. Interested to know if you kept your OCD on in addition to the flying dragon while soloing as well?

Wow guys, I really don't know what to say right now. You're all leaving some very humbling comments. I guess all I can say is thank you very very much. Well, as for an update on the band ... I'm in the process of auditioning new drummers and bass players. And, I might have found some great new guys! Time will tell though. I want to give it a few more weeks before I make any final decisions.
As for your question zorange, yeah, during solos I had the OCD and Dragon on at the same time. On the song "Cherrington Lane", that was just the Dragon straight into the Ghia (during the solo). I've recently traded my Dragon for an RC booster (which I like with the OCD a little more). But it's definitely going to be used in the same fashion. I think the only other thing to ad to my board would be another boost that's not as transparent as the RC ... something that will give me a little more sustain (and dirt) on solos where I'm holding notes out a little longer.
Anyways, thanks again for all the amazing comments!

Jeremy, have a look at the BB preamp... it's my fave and I think for your style and the stuff you play, it would be perfect for some added sustain and grit...Still enjoying your vids! Loved your acoustic vids too man, I have to agree, your voice is out of this world! powerful, clear and right on! Can you tell I am a fan??? LOL

Hahaha. Thanks Mark once again. Yeah, I've been considering a couple of different drive pedals and the BB is definitely on that list. I've also been very intrigued by the PlimSoul as of late. I love the RC so maybe the BB (or AC!!!) is the way to go though. It gets a bit overwhelming at times with how many different companies out there are making amazing products.
Overall, I think I'm looking for something that would stack well with the OCD, give a little bump in the mids, and add a whole lotta sustain/dirt to give a roundness to the notes.
Thanks again for the kind words on the acoustic stuff ... definitely a departure from the full band, but still fun none the less.
