Anyone here tried a Prescription Experience with a Ghia? I got a chance to buy one cheap.
Thanks,
Sam

No, but the AM NKT-275, Pro Analog Super Scary Fuzz, Pro Analog MKII, and Retro-man Octavious sound GREAT with all my Z's. All I need now is a "Rangemaster"...

Lefty, if you're looking for a Rangemaster, look at BSM pedals. I own the RM and the Fuzzbender and both are sweet (I've gushed about them all over the forum lol)

I just got a ToneFactor Huckleberry... I haven't had a lot of time to mess around with it through the Ghia, but it sounds really good. I think the Hellbilly is probably more my speed, but we'll see (only time will tell)... I can also make the Hellbilly sound really fat with the Hellbaby in a stack. However, there may be room for all three. It cleans up, well, quickly! If I set it for a volume boost (slight), the fuzz is completely clean at about 8 or 9 and then completely on at 10... Pretty strange, I've never had a pedal that cleans up quite like that. The Hellbilly is still my favorite fuzz face/rangemaster sound in my possession...

Very dirty fuzzes work with the ghia assuming you have one that responds well to guitar volume being turned down- my fuzzface clone gets cleaner tighter and brighter with vol down and this stops the ghia from farting out, which it tends to do with very fuzzy signals because there's not a lot of headroom.
