Fulltone Plimsoul in front. Amp into a Swamp Thang that rests in an Avatar 112 with an open-oval in the back.
Loudest amp of my life after 100+ watt half-stacks for almost 2 decades.
How y'all doin'?

red on the head fire in the ... you know what I'm sayin. Man, the 66 room is a ghost town compared to the Ghia room.
So, who on the forum has the most Z amps, and who uses the most types of Z amps? I've seen some long sigs here.
Changed me name, y'all. You can call me Mike, Mikey, etc., or variations. Or whatever.

I'll tell ya what I am digging about my new 66.
I like how I can craft a tone with guitar knobs and pedal(s), and then *channel* it all into the Treble gain only -- or the Bass gain only, without either sounding too trebly or too bassy. I mean, one knob is on Zero and the other is all the way up. And it sounds fine. Like some big parametric ... uh ... EQ shelving. Big shelves.
Or, how bout both gains on Zero and the volume up all the way? Into a Swamp Thang that is some really big, soft stuff. Clouds, man. And at a comfortable volume, really. It's those T&B gain knobs that get this thing Super Loud.
And all the galaxies in between the aforementioned settings. I feel like I can get any tone I want at any volume, quite easily. I've been called "the pickiest player" that a local trusted store has ever met. So for me to feel so completely set free for any possible future scenario -- any studio to any stage -- is really something for me, especially considering I can carry my amp & cab in one trip, one in each hand, guitar on my back. That was the initial quest. But I got so much more. My expectations were exceeded and everything is better since I decided to get more portable and volume-versatile.
Goodbye, great big amps that ya have to crank. My 66 does not wimp out at low volume, and into a single speaker I am more musically loud than ever.

All jesting aside, good. I have discovered and continue to discover the goodness that is a Route 66. I've never before used any other amp quite like this one. Merry Christmas, bro.

Congrats on the Rt. Such a great amp, the notes seem to bloom and sustain forever with just the guitar and cord straight in.

These amps are sooooo loud....you guys using attenuators? ? I never did. I'd run the volume around 10:00 w/ T @09:00 and B @ 15:00. That is until I started using an iso cab. Then I started cranking the treble and bass w/ vol right around 13:00-14:00. What a tone ;D
