Which would you rather have? I've heard people really like the HG, but it's noisy.
Anyone love or hate either one?
I'll probably have to use a true bypass switch with either. Especially the HG.

my HG has no noise.........but, I think you have to use the adapter it comes with exclusively......it sounds really nice though.........
I hardly use it............might wanna part with it, if you decide to go with a grail......let me know.

I would find it odd that Electro Harmonics has some kind of magical adapter that would eliminate hum. Sounds like they want you to purchase their adapter.
Actually, I'm wondering if I want a reverb at all. I've got a Line 6 DL4, and that can get some lush delay/chorus sounds that might get me by.
I've often found that when gigging, the only reverb I want is a harsh sounding small room. It adds to the aggresiveness of a solo. (if that's what you're looking for) I don't bother with Halls and Stadiums...it gets lost in the mix.
....I guess I'm talking myself out of it. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
..We'll see

The newer ones are true bypass? I would not have guessed that out of Electro Harmonics. That could settle it right there.

It's been mentioned somewhere but nobody has one. There is a new T-Rex reverb pedal on the way soon. that's the one I want to hear.

The Reverbamate isn't very useful for Z amps because it was designed for multi-channel or multi-input amps. Sooooo they came out with the Sole-Mate. Same pedal, but for single channel/input amps like most Zs. I do want to try one. Analogman carries them.
