I have, and I think they rock. I own the RM (Rangemaster) and the Fuzzbender (Tonebender MK I and Arbiter Fuzzface), and I love their tone through my KT-45. I think this brand is fairly unknown and deserves more attention. The RM adds great "shine" and "sizzle" to my amp, and the Fuzzbender is just a good ol' fuzz pedal. All of the BSM line are extremely responsive to a guitar's volume and tone controls. I use the RM mostly, because it adds bite and presence to the treble strings (my speakers are two Celestion G12H30's, so there is a lot of bass and low midrange focus in the sound). Using my Heritage, I like running my amp at 2:00 for volume, tone controls at noon, and the RM at slightly above 9:00. At guitar volume 8 there is very little booster in the mix, mostly the amp's tone, great for rhythm. At 9 the booster's sound is there, but controllable; at 10, it's at full roar. Rolling off the tone pot yields great tones as well. If anyone else has tried these pedals with their Z (or any other amp I suppose), drop a line. BSM's are pricey, but people already shell out a lot more for some pedals (hello Klon lol). Peace out and Rock on.

I used a BSM OR (The Orange copy ala Dave Gilmour) and it was pretty sweet. Unfortuantely, I sold it because I had too many boosts and OD's. I highly recommend it though.

If I was a strat guy, I would have definately gotten the OR and probably one of the Blackmore boxes (HS/HS Custom, Fireball, MKII) too. But I am soley for now a Gibson guy. I do want to try the RM Velvet though....it's supposed to be smoother than the regular RM, because it uses the OC76 transister (the same one from the OR) instead of the OC44 in the regular ones. They call it a "blues machine." But I can't find a distributor that carries the new line. The thing is it's the aggressive grit of the RM that I like, so perhaps I should have both RMs on my board. But first I wanna see if I can replace my RM with the RM Majestic. How much better can it get?

I emailed Bernd Meiser at BSM, and he told me there are some RM Majestics left. I hope I can snag one.
