Does anyone have experience with these pedals? I'm looking at the Rotomachine.
The Line 6 website says nothing about true bypass....something I would REALLY like to have, but I may be able to pick up one cheap on Flea-Bay.
Does anyone feel they suck tone out of the chain? (when turned off I mean)

Hey Gtrman, I don't know about the true-bypass of that pedal but did get to try the pedal at home on my rig. IMO I did not like how the effect colored the tone. Again IMO it sounded thin and processed. I went with a BOSS RC-20 and am happy with it. It's probably not the best and it's not a Leslie but it's a cool sounding pedal. I find that it's good for more that just leslie tones.

I have an echopark coming........bought it cheap on Ebay............I'll report when I get it...........I have stopped worrying less and less about "true bypass"...........but, I'll be selling it if it sucks a largely noticeable amount of tone. The one I tried in the store seemed fine. Looks like a simple delay........and I justt want it to cover the slapback type stuff in the band I am playing with......otherwise, it's sittin' idle.
as a side note, the RC booster does a good job of boosting any tone loss from pedals........many players have mentioned that on the forum and I have also noticed it.......

I have a Line 6 space chorus; nothing really special but does the job fine. I don't notice it sucking tone and I have checked with and without. I do notice a bit of hiss when it's on but that disappears totally when I shut the unit off, so it may be true bypass. It sounded as good as other pedals I tried but I bought this one because of the tap tempo which is great for on the fly changes (getting too old to be bending down all the time).

This is an update to my earlier post.......had a chance to gig with the "echopark" lastnight. I did not notice any "tonesucking", .....I was able to dial in a perfect slapback effect for our rockabilly stuff.....I used the adapter that it came with, no extra noise..... I liked it live just as much as the T Rex Replica I sold on E Bay.....and for $90 on ebay, I am happy because I freed up a couple hundred bucks selling the T REX.
I just wanted a simple delay that had true bypass, tap tempo....and could cover basic delay needs ......although its not TB, it seems adequately buffered.....seems like the answer for any player not wanting to commit big $ to a delay effect.....
