Wow! That's really a nicely figured piece. Congrats!!! Mine is nowhere as near as this but alas I bought it for its sound... In the daylight you can't see much of the figure. I used a photography technique called "Painting with light" to make that image. I opened the shutter in a dark room, snapped on a flashlight, and "painted" the image. Took quite a few tries to get this, and the benefit is shining a light into the wood pulls out the figure. Pretty nifty.

Dude, nice shootin' Tex. Really brought out the Tolex and maple. Love the nutted volume! Now twist that treble up to 2:30-3:00 to dial out some of those muddying mids and you'll be hitting close to the James Sweet Spot. Ahhhhhhhhh.
