What pedal is Brad using with his amps on the DVD? I think it would have to be a compressor of some kind. I know it's pink.

Hey there,
If it is the pink square pedal, its the wampler underdog overdrive. If its the pink rectangle pedal with three knobs and two switches, its the paisley overdrive from wample

Okay so here is a question from my ignorance. Is Mr. Paisley using an overdrive pedal to drive the amp? Or is he using the overdrive amp provides? I always thought it was amp drive

I always thought it was amp drive I like to use the amp to the point where I'm getting a good amount of hair on the notes. For that extra drive or gain I use pedals. Not sure if thats what Mr Paisley does.

I'm late to the party...but it's a Maxon delay, not an overdrive.

Brad likes delay. That was the first question he asked when he got to Z-Fest: "Anyone got a delay pedal I can use?"

I haven't seen the vid you're talking about but it might be the Wampler prototype that they sent him of the original "paisley drive" it was peptobismal-pink originally.
