Looking for advice on pedal order for the following:
1. Peterson StroboStomp Tuner 2. Buddah Wah 3. ZVex SHO 4. Fulltone Fat Boost 5. AnalogMan TS9 Tube Screamer (only pedal not true bypass) 6. Zendrive 7. Line 6 MM4 (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo) 8. Line 6 DL4 (Delay, Memory Man, Echo)
Runing into Carmen Ghia 1x12 V30 using Strat, Les Paul, and PRS Custom.
Any input/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That looks like how I would run them. If you had an effects loop I would put the Line 6 pedals there but I don't think Ghias have one (?).

If you had analog modulation stuff (phaser, flanger, envelope filter), I would try it right after the wah, same with the echo. You might try it up there as well with your Line6 units, I am curious myself as I am too broke to order $100 of cable/George Ls that I need to hook everything up right now over here. Because of this deficit in hooking everything up, I've been reading about effects order a bit in the last couple of months, and that is the only real "difference" in opinion I have seen from your current order (I think it might have been on Keeley's FAQ or something). Try it and let us know what you think.

Looks good to me Rick!
Tuner not included here's the basic picture as I've always done it...
Wah/Volume->Fuzz/Distortion/OD/Boost->Chorus/Trem/Delay->amp
(/=and, or)

Where in this chain would you run a compressor? I run mine after the OD's, but I seen where some people run it before the OD's. Is it better one way or the other?

I like a compressor before the o/d pedal.

Thanks to all - In general, if you using several boost/OD pedals for different flavors as I am, would you put the higher gain pedlas first or last in the chain of OD/boost pedals in case you should want to turn two on at once?

"Guit>cord>Ghia>V-30 !!!!"
I tend to agree. I've never used more than one pedal at a time and I only plug it in when I'm going to use it. Maybe my habits were formed when every pedal degraded the sound. With today's true-bypass everything you can get away with multiple effects. But when I see a long string of pedals I feel.. if you like your guitar, you like your amp... why so much stuff? ;D

Rick must be doing a variety band, thus all the pedals. I go; guitar, strobostomp, guyatone compressor for a liitle boost, into the Maz 38. It's all I need but I don't play in variety bands anymore. Never cared for it much and at 51 I want to play what I want to play.

Yep- cover band. Everything from Blondie to Aerosmith to Zeppelin to the Classics 5 to Otis Redding. With the Ghia I think the Analog Man TS9 sounds best, but the ZVex SHO and the Fat Boost are used for varying degrees of zip. Gonna try a Zendrive based on all the positive press here. The Line 6 stuff allows for the time based effects with a minipum of pedals and pedal board real estate. Incidently, I had been gigging with a Rivera KHR55 EL34 1x12 V30 and a Rocktron Xpression- Very versitile setup - amp has 6 channels essentilly (3 channels each with a boost). Good tone too, but more of a hard rock amp in my opinion.

Oh, and for what its worth, I do aagree guitar to Ghia with No pedals sounds better than any pedal; but sometimes you need the variety.
