Just pulled the trigger on a new Blonde Monza Head from Brian at Humbucker Music. The biggest challenge was to convince the little wife that I needed another Z amp ;D. My stars must be lined up right because she bought it, hook line and sinker. The brown truck is scheduled to arrive on Monday. I am stoked. Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you here on the forum for giving me Monza GAS

You'll love it.
You've got a great arsenal of Zs and guitars. Eager to hear your views on how they compare.

The Monza makes every guitar come alive. Before I switched to Z amps, I don't think I really had heard my guitars. LOL!
Try the Monza with vintage style humbuckers first. Sounds like liquid silver...

Oh, and I have dealt with a couple of great Z dealers. Humbucker Music are an exceptional store with great people running the show.

Sounds like liquid silver... +1 The Monza gain comes on very strong. I've found that this "expands" the tonal variation I can get by using the guitar's volume control(s). There actually are some really nice cleanish tones in there.

Hey Fellows....the brown truck just dropped off a brown box with an Blonde amp head in it ;D. I'm headed to the man cave to test it out. I'll be back, after a little wankage.

Just a quick note until I have some time to "wordsmith"....I love it! It's just what I had imagined from all the wonderful descriptions here on the forum.....my hat is off to all you guys!! One thing, I was surprised to see 30 watts stamped on the speaker jack, then I remembered a post on it somewhere. Is it safe to use a 25 watt Celestion Greenback with it, anyone? Thanks, -Stan

Thanks, -Stan I remember a post on that also. I believe either Doc or Brent confirmed that it is not a 30 watt amp; the chassis has a "mistake." You're probably fine, but you can always send an email to Brent to be safe. He's usually pretty quick about responding. These amps really are little monsters!

Correct, Brent said I would be fine with a single 25 watt Celestion Greenback as long as I don't run the amp wide open for an extended period of time.

Update: I tried one 25 watt Greenback and it sounded great most of the time however, upon occasion, it farted just a little. So I switched to a Weber Blue AlNico......no farts, really nice sounding speaker. For now I'm sticking with it. Man I love this amp!
