Well, here goes .... I am not sure of etiquette yet on the forum, but I have to start somewhere, right? After a well-worth while wait, I have finally got my Z-28 head home and hooked up to the matching 2x10 cab (blonde w/brown). Wow!!! The only bad sounds are when I hit a clam on my Tele or bang the whammy the wrong way on the Super Sport my only fear now is that everything else in the collection won't sound as cool ever again but one question - what is the significance of the purple jewel light?

I'm also a new Z-28 owner. I bought a 2-10 combo a few months ago, and I'm e xtremely pleased with the amp. I use it in a blues band and in a country band(where it doesn't get a lot of use), and I don't really push it's capabilities. We had a blues show with 5 bands, and the best player here used my '28, and wow! he made it wail! So now, I know what it's capable of.
Enjoy!
