Hey guys.
I was able to pick up a head from a forumite last week.
This thing is the ticket for my LP and ASAT Bluesboy (tele w/ Seth Lover Humbucker in the neck). Very articulate clean and has plenty of grit when needed.
Very cool amp. Can't wait to wring it out a bit more.

Welcome aboard, and congrats on the RxJr purchase. I also have a Junior and it's my most heavily used all-purpose gigging amp. It's a great amp with a wonderful master volume.
Try this: Max the front end volume and Mid control. Set the Treb and Bass according to your guitar. Grab a HB-equipped axe and plug in. Adjust the MV to your room. Instant Cream!
Then: Back the front end volume down to about 3 or 3.5 (out of 10), put your TMB controls at about noon, and bring the MV up to about noon. Plug in a Tele or Strat. Equally wonderful clean!
Clean to Cream. What else could one ask for?
Enjoy!

Gee Jordan - ya' just kind of follow me around. First the Z-28 and now a Rx Jr. I'll let you choose the next model for both of us! ;D
Oh! Congrat's! I find the Rx Jr the most interesting of the three Z's I've owned.

Thanks guy! Haha....what can I say Jon??? I've gotta say that this amp loves my humbuckers. The LP is a given, but my ASAT Bluesboy (w/ Seth Lover HB in neck) sounds fantastic. Can't wait to dig in further. jordan

Congrats Jordan!
That RXJr is a great little amp. I like to dime everything on the front w/ the OD on, and set my volume w/ the Master. I can still get pretty nice cleans by rolling my guitar's volume back.

Thanks for the tip, Rich!
One of the first settings I dialed up is:
Bass: 10:30 Middle: 2:00 Treble: 1:30 Volume: 9:00 MV: as high as you can get it. OD: on
I love the clean you can get with this amp. While my MAZ has been my main amp for a while, the RX Jr is going to get a lot of playing time with my LP and Tele thanks to it's cleans.
Keep the tips coming on settings. I'm always up for tweaking.
