Today I got very lucky. As sought after as they seem to be it was likely that I would never again see MY Route 66. I had to trade it in a month or so ago. I happened to call the store (where I traded my amp) to see, if by chance, it was still there. It was and they are letting me lay it away for 60 days until I can pay it off. The reason I had to trade it in was to fund my new PRS. About a week before I was to pay my guitar off I totalled mine and two other cars and had to pay a huge deductible that left me basically broke (hence the trade in) - thank God for insurance and that somehow no-one was injured. Anyway, enough whining. I am posting this thread because I am so stoked to get my 66 back. As you all know - these amps rock. I use it in tandem with a Maz38Sr head and the tone(s) are just limitless. I cannot wait to get her back. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with the fact that I have had to use just the Maz -I love it - but, the two together are something from a guitar player's w&tdream and I have really missed it.
