Steve, that's an old Leon Mc Auliffe tune, 'Panhandle Rag'. The players are Larry Funchess on b-bender tele playin' the melody, Dale Morris Jr on the PRS playin' the 5th, me playin' the 3rd, Fred McDonald playing acoustic rhythm, Steve Funchess on the dawghouse bass. Dale and Larry are also bad mammajammas on the fiddle, Dale was the baddest guitar man there that day and guitar ain't even his main axe. Life ain't fair! Sure was great though just to play sumpn' for fun.

Very cool vid Buddy. I enjoyed it immensely. I grew up with living room jams since my dad was a player and all my relatives were too - nothing better'n playing music for fun.

...and the part that's hard to come to grips with is that both of 'em are just as good or better on guitar! There ain't no justice.

Buddy, that just made my day here. That's the stuff I grew up with. All my aunts and uncles and my dad were all players and singers, and they did a load of old time tunes like that one there. Thanks for the memories.

Those were really fun Buddy. I've been listening to Tex Ritter lately - kinda along the same lines as Slim and the Rexall Rangers song
