I have a Vox AC30cc that I love, but it just isn't quite the tone I'm wanting. I really love the Brad Paisley clips of the RX-ES on the website..... does it really sound like that in "normal players" hands??
Anyways, I want something that has the AC30 vibe, but with more "umph"....Does this amp have an FX loop?? I really need the FX loop too (fingers crossed).
Last question, what's a good price to pay for one of these??

I'd say the RxES is most definitely AC30-esque with more "umph" - lots more midrange thickness and richness than most vox designs I've played, while retaining that trademark chime and crushed-glass grind up top. I think that's where a lot of the amp's unique expressive touch and dynamics reside.

Z won't put a loop on the RXES.

What about the 2x12 combo? There's one on ebay right now, how much is too much?
Never mind, I found the pricing list on the Dr Z website.
Thanks!
