Now I'm gonna sound just like BW! Right ;D
Seriously, I'm really excited about finding one of these. Came with a cover and extra tubes too. And the size - real easy to sneak in the house!

The Mini is a whole lotta fun and if you can deal with a thin stage sound, it sounds mighty miked up through a PA!

i have been looking for a mini-z, but they are in short supply. i recently purchased a victoria 5 watter (model 518), which i absolutely love. i am curious to know how folks think the mini-z and the 518 stack up. the Mini Z uses an EL84 versus the 6V6 in the 518, so i am sure their voicing is considerably different. can you get nice bass response from the Mini-Z?

The mini z has an amazing bass response for the size of the cab. Must be something in that cab design as it actually has heaps of bottom end for such a little amp. They'd (the Victoria and Z) be fun in stereo! ;D
