One (but not both) of the power tubes in my Route glows with a blue halo. Does this indicate a problem such as leak or some other flaw in the tube? Still sounds fine.

I've had lots of blue glow tubes over the years and never had a problem.

Oooh! I love the blue glow. :-)
Usually not a big deal. Many power tubes do it to some extent or another. Run it til it sounds bad or dies.

No problem ... it is normal ... swirling pink clouds are problems but in that case the tube will fail in short order.
So ... enjoy the blue glow ... I love it on amps where you can watch it.
