It's expected to arrive by Friday the 13th, and coincidentally, we have a gig that night. ;D Common sense tells me to stick with the Z28 and hold off on the Remedy till I get familiar with it, but that'll be darn hard to do! Maybe I'll take them both and an A/B switch.
All the great reviews you guys have written have me chomping at the bit to plug into the Remedy. So what do you think . . . take them both, or stick with what's familiar?

I would do the double date! I just might do that. We'll see if it gets delivered in time for me to pick it up before I have to leave for the gig!

Gigland is where you get a a real opinion on the feel and tone of an amp. I say take it, you know how the Z28 is and you'll get a fair idea off the bat how the Remedy works for you. The A/B would be real fun! Just don't run them in stereo else you may never go back. and your band mates might disown you (volume and largeness) ;D

Just got back from Gigland with my Remedy #8....WOW ;D this is my third gig with it...This gig is the gig you dream about; Three miles from home 7:oopm to 10:pm but we played till 11:30 we and the audience had a Great time the amp WAS KILLER. 1/2 power-normal vol. on 8 oclock Bright on 9:30 bass on 11: Mid and Treble full up. The Best Z ever. Just take the Remedy to the gig and leave the Z28 at home..you know what that sounds like...Go blaze the new trail w/ Remedy you'll be glad you did.
