Did you replace ALL the tubes? Try a different speaker?

I bet it's a tube. Anyone of them could cause it, a bad 12AT7 ( V3 ) would do just that.

I changed out the tubes one at a time.....then put the old one back in after test....I will change all the tubes at the same time and let you know what happens......THanks I love my Z amps....

My MAZ Jr quit on me recently also. Fortunately, not at a gig. Mine had a bad rectifier tube. Amp would start up OK, I'd play a little and the sound would just fade away. When I leaned the amp over to check on the tubes the rectifier was showing very little glow and eventually none at all. So go through the tubes again and don't neglect the rectifier.
Good luck and quick return to Z health.
