I've been mainly using JJ but I've been thinking of experimenting with others. There's GT and Electro Harmonix. What does everyone prefer? Any other brands I may have missed?

The reissue Tung Sols and Mullards. I know you're asking about power tubes but I don't have muck experience in them. The Tung Sol 12AX7s are pretty good.

I've had good luck with the Tung Sol 6V6's. Another new production power tube I like a GREAT deal is the Genalex KT66 - fabulous in a Bassman. They've just come out with a Genalex EL84 that I'll try soon.
And yeah, the Tung Sol 12AX7 is a nice new production preamp tube as are the reissue Mullards.

I threw a pair of TAD EL84's in my MAZ18 and they sound pretty good. No idea on how long they'll last, though. I tried some Winged C 6L6's in a Bogner Shiva and they sounded great.

I assume you're talking about EL84s? If you're looking for something a bit different, you may consider trying the Russian Reflektor. I have some of those in a Trainwreck clone, and they sound good. They're a little darker sounding than JJs with very low noise.
