I am getting a constant hiss trough my Maz 18 w/verb. Time to change the tubes? It is running through clean power.

My first thought is yes, but first how long have the tubes in the maz. Second What guitar do you play, does it only happen when you use Reverb? third, at what volume does it start "hissing"
I can give you a better answer after you answer those questions. But the answer so far is Yes.

Same hiss with a EJ Strat or a Les Paul. With or without the verb, and it starts with the master at noon and the volume at 10 the cut also makes a difference in the hiss, it starts with the cut at 9.

Try the guitar straight into the amp with a couple of different guitar cords. It may not be the amp.
