I've only had a couple of days with my Z-28 and not as many hours as I'd like. Having family in the house cuts down on amp sampling time.
Today I brought home my pedalboard and since my son was already playing hsi guitar, it seemed like an ordained time to experiment with the Z-28 and pedals. I'm not going to struggle with finding enough words or throw out the usual tone freak cliches. Let me just say I am more than pleased. I've never heard these little boxes sound so clear and work so well with an amp like today. The 2x10 cab' sounds bigger and sweeter than ever.
I enjoyed my Ghia, but the Z-28 is more my playing style and what my ear desires. Thanks to all who sing the Z-28 praises here - you helped me to make a great choice in an amp.

It truly is one of the finest amps in the world. To each his own, but man I gotta laugh when I read about these guys dropping $50K or better on a Dumble. I don't care how mysterious and toneful they are....that Z-28 is hard to beat.
