Just like the Stangray song I posted last Tuesday, this has no vocals either but is ready for them. It's the song called "Outlaw Country" on the bottom right of the page (under the pic of the Rati). www.guitartest.moonfruit.com/#/drzmazerati/4525911956I ran the Rati around 1:00-2:00 on the volume, tone about the same (between 1:00 and 2:00). Guitar is a Tele with Lindy Fralin Blues specials (all bridge pickup). I did use a BB preamp on the intro harmony lines, gain set pretty low. Kind of a country tune with a hard edge (and a banjo). I put the banjo in there for "rcrecelius" since he made the banjo comment in one of my other threads My singer should be ready for vocals once he gets over his chest cold....... He now has 2 songs to lay vox on. FYI: This is a *beefy* amp!! I tried using the Ray for this song, but it just didn't fit for what I had in mind (too polite sounding). The Rati is just perfect.

Pretty cool Jason , Love the sound of the Rati ,You would probably hate yourself if you sold it!
I know the two I've got are here to stay! I had four of them at one time and loved them all but two are gone to good friends, one in Belgium and the other to Gremany. Rock on My European Borthers!!

Thanks guys, this was a FUN song to record (if there is such thing), aside from all the 4 letter words that were flying when I would screw up I felt stupid doing all those "Hey's" by myself, but they came out OK in the end. I think a GT is lookin' pretty tempting!

Sounds cool...but i wish you woulda let the Rati loose on a solo instead of that darned ole banjo I didn't do a solo, because the other guitar player in my band actually gets this solo....... so I'm being polite and leaving it open for him. He'll probably say "go ahead and lay a solo down", but until then I'm not gonna step on his toes........... Plus I know how much you like banjo's ;D

Great sounds.. and I agree, the banjo is cool! That's quite a gear worship altar you've created on your site.

Great tune! You dialed in a great sound for the crunch.
What OD did you use for the banjo? ;D
