I am in need of help.
Can you tell me where I can get a fuse holder (the removable part only) for my Maz 38 head? I need one for the 1/2 amp fuse. My Maz died and I looked at the fuses and can't push and turn the fuse holder for the 1/2 amp fuse back in. In trying to do so I kind of messed up the sloted head of the grey plastic fuse holder with a screwdriver and, as I said, I just can't get it to push in, turn and catch.
The 3 amp fuse is definitely blown, so I need to know where I can get a replacement. I'd like to replace the 1/2 amp fuse as well. It might have blown.
After reading the Bad Fuse & Rectifier thread I think I will have to replace the rectifier too. Dr. Z said at the end of the thread that he is now using JJ rectifiers.

After some hunting, I found what I was looking for. Here it is if anyone needs to replace the fuse holder cap: www.alliedelec.com/Search/ProductDetail.asp?SKU=798-0580&R=798%2D0580&sid=46E48900A37617FI am also ordering one from Dr. Z just in case the other one is wrong. I blew both fuses, replaced them with fuses from Radio Shack. The 3 amp is a "fast-acting" fuse and the 1/2 amp is a "slow-blow" fuse. I also replaced the rectifier as it was the cause of the fuses blowing.
