don't these get old? Well my question is regarding my maz 18. It has an 8 ohm out and a 4 ohm out. would I have to get a 4 ohm z best cab and come out of the 4 into a 4 and the 8 into my 8 or when using both speaker outputs it regulate itself for use with 2 8 ohm z best cabs? I'm just curious in case I ever get another z best cab and run 4x12

You should never use both jacks at the same time. They are different taps off the output transformer. Using both simultaneously could cause the smoke to come out of your amp. That would be bad.
If you intend to get a second Z-Best, make sure both are 8 ohm cabs, then you can get a Y cord and run them both off your 4 ohm output jack.

You probably already know, but just in case, make sure the "Y" is wired in parallel
