Hi all!
I've got a Maz 18 NR, Therapy and EZG 50, and they sound great, but the Maz 18 NR has a noticeable hum / background noise. It's always there even on standby. Increasing the master or tweaking the EQ doesn't have any impact on it. I took it to a tech and they can't find anything wrong with it.
No idea if it's valves (I've got a new set on order so will update if that fixes it), I feel like it might be the transformer. I've tightened up anything that feels loose but no change.
Any ideas?

If I understand you correctly. You have a hum with the amp in Stand By , not on ,no high voltage ? I surely would like to see that amp. Send it in we'll fix it up.

Z I'd love to send it in for a health check, but I'm on the other side of the pond. Essex Amp Repairs are not a million miles away from me, so I could drop it by them.
