hello i have a 2017 model maz jr 18 nr. the other day i put it on standby and when i took it off it had no sound. the fuse is still good all the tubes including the recrifier tube still lights up like always . the red jewel on button still lights up. the speaker i checked and i changed all the tubes exept the rectifier tube . still no sound. any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum - a lot of good information and people here. If you haven't watched Doc's trouble shooting video it is a good place to start.
How did you test the fuse? Sometimes they can be deceiving - they look good but are not.

Even though this video is 6 years old, I don't recall being aware of it. I think it should be more prominently featured/situated/located on the forum and perhaps the Z website.
Heck, I think watching this should be a requirement for forum membership!
