I have a Remedy on my radar that has a “Voice Switch” was thing a mod that would have been done at the Z Shop? Look just above the EQ Section, there is a little switch.

I don't recall any such mod done to a Remedy. Don keeps excellent notes on these things and he would be the one to ask. An internal gut shot featuring the switch and its connecting circuitry would be helpful. Since it is above the Mid control my thought is that it is an EQ bypass that was added by someone.

It may be a bit much to ask the seller...but as Doc said...ask for a gut shot. Especially of what the 'voice switch' is doing.
And 'voice switch' is rather vague and undefined.
I've had a Remedy for years, and I am not aware of any such mod. And it doesn't need it. If you don't like the voicing (plexi)...get a different amp.

frankie makes sense he came back with “It doesn’t to to much when switching it back and forth. Said it did start as a NMV amp and went in for the updates about 2 years ago. Thanks for the reply.
