Hello I bought a used amp that did not come with a power cord. I had a power cord at the house that might have been from a Xbox. It is rated at 10a 240v. I was wondering if it is safe to use or not. Thank you

If the IEC connection fits it is safe to use. The 10a 250v rating is UP to those values. If you are in North America your wall voltage is 120v. Most amplifiers draw less than 5 amps. So this power cord would be safe.
