Hi Guys,I've got a question here.I don't need the EQ Bypass function on my MAZ18NR at the moment, but the fact is I have to plug the footswitch all the time(I don't want this switch hooked either).Because if it's unplugged, the EQ Bypass will be engaged. Is there way to solve this?Need some soldering work? Thanks!

I believe that you have to switch the EQ Bypass off while the pedal is engaged and then unplug from the amp. If that doesn't work then you might have an issue with the ground wire on the Middle Pot coming from the EQ By Pass Jack or there may be an issue with the solder joint on the EQ Bypass jack. It's a very simple circuit once you see how it works.

Agree with purpletele . The jack should be wired so unplugged the signal goes to ground. It may just be a loose jack or ground wire.
